A health and fitness coach dedicated to helping women improve their well-being through sustainable lifestyle changes.

In 2010, I graduated from Leeds Metropolitan University with a First-Class Honours in Sport and Exercise Science, but like many, my career took a different path. I spent 10 years in marketing, where I gained valuable insight into behaviour change and how to inspire action.

However, after becoming a mum, my passion for health and fitness was reignited. I made the decision to leave the corporate world and qualify as a personal trainer, with the ambition of helping women take control of their health and fitness—so they can feel stronger, happier, and live healthier for longer.

My Philosphy

I don’t believe in diets—I believe in lasting transformation. Everyone’s fitness journey is unique, and I will meet you where you are. By understanding your lifestyle, I’ll create a personalised plan that supports a smooth, sustainable transition to a healthier, more balanced life. With a focus on movement and nutrition that aligns with your needs, I’ll guide and empower you to achieve long-term, trans-formative results.

It’s completely normal to feel a bit nervous when starting something new, but rest assured, you’re not alone. I’m here to support you every step of the way, creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can progress at your own pace. Whether you're new to fitness or getting back into it, we'll start with where you are, and together, we'll build confidence and strength. My goal is to make you feel empowered, not overwhelmed. You don’t have to be perfect—just take that first step, and I’ll be here to guide you along the way. You’ve got this!
